This Agreement is made and entered into on September 14, 2004, by and between the Foresthill Union School District (hereinafter referred to as the “District”) and the California School Employees Association, and its Chapter #820 (hereinafter referred to as “CSEA”). As such, it is a binding and bilateral agreement.
