Within the period of six months following the date of depositary notification C.N.217.2015.TREATIES-XI.B.16.123 of 8 April 2015, none of the Contracting Parties applying Regulation No. 123 expressed disagreement with the proposed amendments. Therefore, in accordance with article 12 (2) of the Agreement, the proposed amendments are considered to be adopted and are binding upon all Contracting Parties applying Regulation No. 123 as of 8 October 2015.
