This Enterprise Software License Agreement (the "Agreement"), effective as of Customer’s signature date on each Order Form (the "Effective Date"), is by and between Coder Technologies, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with offices located at 9901 Brodie Lane Suite 160 #1212 Austin, TX 78748-5892 ("Coder") and the Customer identified on each Order Form ("Customer"). Coder and Customer may be referred to in this Agreement collectively as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party."
