This Agreement contains important information regarding the terms and conditions which apply to your account(s) with Wealthsimple Investments Inc. (the Firm or WSII), which provides accounts under multiple divisions, including (i) custody accounts for managed account services offered by its affiliate, Wealthsimple Inc. (WSI) (Managed Accounts), (ii) order execution only accounts offered by the Firm, (Self-Directed Accounts), and (iii) cash custody accounts (Custody Accounts). By submitting a request to open one or more accounts at Wealthsimple, you are agreeing that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
