Negotiations have resulted in two Collective Bargaining Agreements with the Professional Firefighters and Paramedics IAFF Local #3865 for both the Supervisory (Firefighter/Captain and Firefighter/Battalion Chief) and Rank and File (Firefighter/EMT, Firefighter/Engineer, and Firefighter/Lieutenant) units. Both collective bargaining agreements are for a three (3) year contract period covering the time period from October 1, 2022 through the last day of September, 2025. Both Collective Bargaining Agreements have been ratified by the IAFF Local #3865 membership and require Board approval for implementation. Copies are attached.
