This Contract to be effective July 1, 2021 July 1, 2023, by and between SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION located at 12110 Clayton Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63131, hereinafter called the "Employer," party of the first part, and Miscellaneous Drivers, Helpers, Health Care and Public Employees Local No. 610, affiliated with the I.B. of T. or its affiliated successors, party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Union" for the purpose of establishing rates of pay, wages, hours of work, and conditions of employment to be observed between the parties hereto.
