This Agreement shall supersede all previous salary Agreements and shall be effective as of September 1st, 2008 and shall form the basis for computing all salaries and other conditions defined herein. Amendments, deletions or additions to the clauses defined herein shall be made only by mutual consent of the parties concerned in the Agreement.
