This agreement, negotiated by authorized parties of the Board and the Association, ratified in accordance with the provisions of the Professional Negotiation Act, K.S.A. 72-5413, et seq by both the Board and the Bargaining Unit, and signed by the President of the Board and the President of the Association, shall become binding on both parties for the school years 2019-20 and 2020-21.
