This Agreement entered into this 27th day of Octobe,r2020, by and among the Board of Commissioners, Lucas County, Ohio, acting in their capacity as the Board of Directors for the Lucas County Solid Waste Management District (“the District”) organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio, with offices located at 1011 Matzinger Road, Toledo, Ohio 43612, and The University of Toledo (“University”), an academic institution of higher education located at 2801 West Bancroft Street, Toledo, Ohio 43606, each a Party (“Party”) and together the Parties (“Parties”).
