This First Amendment to the Solid Waste Management Agreement (“First Amendment”) is made as of May , 2021 (the “First Amendment Effective Date”) by and among the Town of Tiburon, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Town” or “the Town,” and Mill Valley Refuse Service, Inc., a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Collector.”
