Syracuse University recognizes Adjuncts United/ NYSUT as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all part-time non-tenure track faculty members teaching fewer than twenty-four (24) credit hours per academic year (excluding summer sessions) employed by the University on the University’s Syracuse, New York payroll working in Syracuse, including part-time adjunct non-tenure track faculty members, and including such faculty members employed by University College, all professional schools, and all University part-time faculty teaching on- line instruction programs to students on the Syracuse campus.
