This Agreement, made and entered into this day of , 2005 by and between the Morris County Park Commission of the State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission"), and the Morris County Park Police Superior Officers' Association, (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"), is the final and complete understanding between the Commission and the Association and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Commission and those of its employees who are subject to this Agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public service be rendered.
