This serves as an agreement between Education Service Center Region 12 (ESC Region 12) and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (The Local Education Agency/LEA) regarding the formation of a Federal Programs Cooperative (FPC) for the federal program above. This FPC begins July 1, 2021 or the date of submission of the LEA 2021-2022 ESSA Applicant Designation and Certification form and ends September 30, 2022. The LEA agrees that funds associated with federal program above shall flow directly to ESC Region 12 as the fiscal agent. The LEA agrees to maintain membership throughout the period of this agreement.
