This Agreement is made and entered into this 4th day of April, 2024, by and between the CROWLEY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT (Crowley ISD), and the Shared Services Arrangement Districts, including, but not limited to, Alvarado, Burleson, Cleburne, Everman, Joshua and the Johnson County (Godley, Grandview, Keene, Rio Vista) Special Education SSA hereinafter referred to as the SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT MEMBERS. Crowley ISD and the SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT MEMBERS, hereinafter referred to as the “PARTIES”, have agreed, and by the execution of this contract, are bound to the obligations and performances hereinafter described.

Irving Independent School District, hereinafter "IISD," acting as Fiscal Agent Member District and Member Duncanville Independent School District, and Grand Prairie Independent School District, and, hereinafter "Member Districts," agree to cooperatively operate their Regional Day School Program for the Deaf under the authority of Texas Education Code §§ 30.081-30.087 and Texas Government Code, Section 791.001 et seq., as the Irving Regional Day School Program for the Deaf, ("IRDSPD"). School Districts who are parties to this Agreement shall be referred to as Member Districts for purposes of this Agreement. Member Districts agree that:

This serves as an agreement between Education Service Center Region 12 (ESC Region 12) and TEXAS JUVENILE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT (The LEA) regarding the formation of a Federal Programs Cooperative (FPC) for the federal program above. This FPC begins July 1, 2023 or the date of submission of the LEA 2023-2024 ESSA Applicant Designation and Certification form and ends September 30, 2024. The LEA agrees that funds associated with federal program above shall flow directly to ESC Region 12 as the fiscal agent. The LEA agrees to maintain membership throughout the period of this agreement.
