This Statement of Work (SOW) is entered into this <day> day <month, year> (Effective Date) by and between UNIVERUS Inc, with principal offices in Chadds Ford, PA (hereinafter “UNIVERUS”), and City of Panama City Beach, with principal offices in Panama City Beach, FL (hereinafter “THE CITY”). UNIVERUS and THE CITY shall perform in accordance with this SOW. When mutually executed for implementation, this SOW and the documents listed below become contractually binding on UNIVERUS and THE CITY under the terms and conditions of the Univerus Master Services Agreement.
