Please read and acknowledge this Agreement before using your Unity College U-Card account. It contains the terms and conditions of the Unity College U-Card account linked to Your U-Card. By adding value, registering for online account access and/or using Your Unity College U-Card account, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, which will govern Your use of the Unity College U-Card account. Please read this agreement. The term of this contract begins when these terms are acknowledged and ends when the participant graduates or withdraws from Unity College (students), terminates employment (faculty/staff/employees) or the participant’s U-Card expires (other individuals).

Road sides shall be mowed at least 10 feet from edge of the road surface to a height of no more than 6 inches. It is understood by the Town that the 10 foot area from edge of road surfaces means any area that is readily accessible. Meaning that there is no expectation on the part of the Town that is to cut trees or remove obstructions such as rocks or fallen trees to ensure 10 feet of cutting.
