The MSAD 31 Board of Directors (hereinafter the Board) recognizes the Penobscot Valley Education Association (hereinafter the Association) as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the Educational Support Professionals bargaining unit; a unit comprised of Educational Technicians, Custodians, Bus Drivers, Food Service workers, Administrative Assistants, and Computer Technicians, who are employed by MSAD 31.
