This True-Up Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the day of January, 2021, by and among the Parrish Plantation Community Development District, a local unit of special-purpose government established pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and located in Manatee County, Florida (the "District"), Homes by West Bay, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Builder"), and HBWB Development Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (collectively, the "Development Manager"), and JEN Tampa 2, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Landowner"), (collectively, Development Manager, together with Landowner, shall be referred to herein as the "Developer"), and Meritus, Corp. a Florida corporation (“District Manager”).
