These Terms and Conditions, together with the Subawards to which they are incorporated and any other documents which are attached therein by reference, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Autonomy Research Collaboration Network (ARCNet) Consortium and Member organizations. Subawards are used to formalize this partnership with subrecipients with Cost Reimbursable – No Profit/Zero Fee type Subawards.
