In this Agreement/Disclosure Statement the following words have the follow- ing meanings. The words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Coastal Federal Credit Union. The words “you” and “your” mean all of those who have signed the Ap- plication for the VISA Infinity Card and those who sign, accept, use, retain or authorize the use of the VISA Infinity Card. In addition, the following definitions apply: “Card” means the VISA Infinity Card issued to you by us. “Checks” mean “Cash Advance Checks”; “Emergency Cash” means “Emergency Cash Disburse- ment Requests”; ”Check Cashing” means “Special Check Cashing Service”.
