Contract Type FiledAugust 24th, 2020During the term of the Digibee platform licensing agreement in the shared cloud or dedicated cloud modalities, the service provided will have a monthly availability percentage of at least 99.9% (the "Service Level Objective" or "SLO"). If Digibee does not comply with the SLO, and if Customer meets its obligations under this agreement, Customer will be eligible to receive Financial Credits described below. This SLA uniquely defines remediation for any failure Digibee has in servicing its SLO.
