This tentative agreement is entered into between the Cambridge School Committee (hereinafter “Committee”) and the Cambridge Education Association Unit D (hereinafter “CEA Unit D”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”) as of May , 2022 for a collective bargaining agreement to be effective from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2024, which shall be a successor collective bargaining agreement to the collective bargaining agreement between the Committee and CEA Unit D for the period of September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2021. This tentative agreement is subject to ratification by both the CEA Unit E and the Committee.
