This is an Agreement entered into by and between the City of Takoma Park, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 400, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.” It is the result of a cooperative effort between the Employer and its Officers who are members of the Union to address long standing issues and contains significant progress toward resolving those issues.
