2005, between the CITY OF LINDEN (hereinafter referred to as “City”), a Municipal Corporation, situated in the County of Union, and the State of New Jersey, and the New Jersey State POLICEMEN’S BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 42 (hereinafter referred to as “PBA”), situated in the City of Linden, County of Union and the State of New Jersey, representing the full-time sworn employees of the Police Department of the City and represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the City and the PBA.
