COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT (“CBA” or “the Agreement”) made and agreed between the AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL ARTISTS, INC., a labor organization having its principal office at 305 7th Avenue, Suite 2A, New York, New York 10001 (hereinafter called “AGMA”) and Wolf Trap Foundation having its principal place of business at 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182 (hereinafter called “EMPLOYER”) shall constitute an agreement between the parties hereto for the work territory, conditions, and wages provided herein.
