This binding letter agreement (this “Letter Agreement”) sets forth, confirms and reaffirms our earlier understanding and agreement to bring into good standing the master agreement dated November 6, 2018 (the “Master Agreement”) entered into by Dan Bilzerian (“Mr. Bilzerian”) and Influencers Interactive Inc.
