The Board of Directors of Rancho Trabuco Girls Softball Association (RTGSA) seeks to ensure that all RTGSA softball games and activities are fair, positive, and enjoyable experiences for all of the children and adults involved. Participation in Rancho Trabuco Girls Softball should be friendly and unifying -- a spirited social and instructional athletic occasion for players, coaches, umpires, and spectators. The mission of parents and spectators participating in the Rancho Trabuco Girls Softball Association League is to provide positive support and encouragement for their daughter participating in RTGSA activities, and to ensure a sports environment that is safe, educational, and fun for all RTGSA participants. I hereby pledge to provide positive support, care, and encouragement for my child participating in youth sports by following this Parents’ Code of Ethics:
