THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement’) is entered into as of this day of , 2020 2021, by and between BANG PROPERTIES, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, and Roxstar Properties LLC, a Utah limited Liability Company, (collectively “Developer”), and TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah (“Town”). Throughout this Agreement, the Town and Developer shall collectively be referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
