This agreement is intended to promote an effective and harmonious working relationship between the Superintendent of Schools of the Elmira Heights Central School District (hereinafter referred to as the “Superintendent”) and the unit members (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator(s)) of the Elmira Heights Administrative Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”).
