This Agreement is the contract of deposit which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you by CALCOE Federal Credit Union ("Credit Union"). In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean those who sign the Membership and Account Card as members, joint owners or any authorized users. The words "we," "us," and "our" mean the CALCOE Federal Credit Union. The word "account" means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union. This Agreement applies to the membership and accounts of individual members and business members except for specific provisions applicable to business members as indicated within the Agreement.
