The Licensor is licensed by OS under the PSGA Member Licence to use Licensed Data for its Licensed Use. This Standard Form Contractor Licence (Contractor Licence) is entered into pursuant to the PSGA Member Licence and sets out the terms upon which the Licensor sublicenses Licensed Data to the Contractor to enable the Contractor to provide Works on the Licensor’s behalf.
