The Licensor is licensed by OS under the OSMA Member Licence to use Licensed Data for its Licensed Use. This Standard Form Contractor Licence (Contractor Licence) is entered into pursuant to the OSMA Member Licence and sets out the terms upon which the Licensor sub-licenses Licensed Data to the Contractor to enable the Contractor to provide Works on the Licensor’s behalf.
