Kemna Properties, LLC is proposing to demolish their existing buildings at 10 South 25th Street and 2504 1st Avenue South and to construct new facilities for Kemna Auto, Auto Smart and Valvoline at the NW and NE corners of the intersection of 1st Avenue South and South 25th Street. A total investment of $5,000,000 will be made into the sites.
