Self-Help Enterprises has site control through a fully executed Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) for the acquisition of the Madison Place and The Haven scattered site projects. There is a PSA for each site as they are owned by separate legal entities, however, Mercy Housing is the sole member and manager of each entity. The PSA’s are currently valid and there is no expiration date, although the agreements do include a provision that the closing shall occur no later than February 1, 2021. The PSA’s meet the requirement for site control under MHP and therefore qualify the application for full points.
