This Collective Bargaining Agreement (Agreement) is entered into by Local 509, Service Employees International Union, with its principal offices at 100 Talcott Avenue – Building 313, 2nd floor, Watertown, Massachusetts (the “Union”) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) with its principal offices at 51 Sleeper Street, 4th floor, Boston, Massachusetts. Each side agrees to notify the other in the event the address of its principal office changes.
