This agreement entered into this day of , 2019 by and between the Board of Education of Lower Township, New Jersey, hereinafter called the “Board” and the Lower Township Elementary Education Association, hereinafter call the “Association”. This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2019, and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2020. This agreement shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that it shall expire on the date indicated. This Agreement shall not be modified in whole or part by the parties except by an instrument in writing duly executed by both parties.
