This License Subscription Agreement constitutes an agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between GoBright B.V., a Dutch corporation, whose principal place of business is Alblasserdam, The Netherlands (“Vendor”) and the corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other business entity executing this Agreement (“Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the date Customer uses the System for the first time (the “Effective Date”). Customer’s use of and Vendor’s provision of Vendor’s System (as defined below in Section 1.8) are governed by this Agreement.
