(“Sysdig”) agrees to grant the customer (“Customer”) use of the Software and access to the Support Services and Services (as defined below). By indicating Customer’s acceptance of this Agreement, executing an Order Form that references this Agreement, or using the Software, Support Services and/or Services, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, such as the company you work for, then you represent to Sysdig that you have the legal authority to bind the Customer to this Agreement. Sysdig and Customer are each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”, hereunder.
