This First Amendment to Development Agreement under Section 43.035, Texas Local Government Code (“First Amendment”) is dated effective , 2020 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between the CITY OF MANOR, TEXAS, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the “City”) and JEFFERSON TRIANGLE MARINE, LP, a Texas limited partnership (the “Developer”).
