This memorandum of agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Animation Guild and Affiliated Optical Electronic and Graphic Artists, I.A.T.S.E. Local #839 (the “Union”) and Nickelodeon Animation Studios Inc. (“Producer”). This Agreement shall constitute a successor collective bargaining agreement to both (1) the 2018 collective bargaining agreement between the Union and Producer covering various classifications of animation employees (the “2D Agreement”), and (2) the 2018 collective bargaining agreement between the Union and Producer covering various classifications of CG animation employees (the “CG Agreement”) (the CG Agreement and the 2D Agreement are collectively hereafter referred to as the “Existing Agreements”). A copy of the 2D Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and a copy of the CG Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit “B.”
