The Company recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees of the Company in its operations as described in the certificates issued by the Canada Industrial Relations Board (formerly the Canada Labour Relations Board) on January (Board File 530-2484) and May (Board Files and 530-1732). The classifications that comprise the bargaining unit are, for greater certainty, listed in Appendix “A”.
