THE "CARD" MEANS ANY CREDIT CARD ISSUED TO YOU OR THOSE DESIGNATED BY YOU UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. "WE", "US", "OUR" AND THE "CREDIT UNION" MEANS US EAGLE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION OR ITS SUCCESSORS. BY USING YOUR CARD, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
