It is the intent and the purpose of the parties hereto that this Agreement will provide a better economical, industrial and social relationship between employer and employees. Although this article does nor limit the ability of the Company to assign the work or to sub-contract work; where it is practical and possible, the Company will have the work performed by members of the bargaining unit.
