This SLA is attached to and incorporated by reference into the Service Order signed by Customer and Opus and is subject to all terms and conditions set forth in the Master Customer Agreement ("MCA") referred to therein. Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings given them in the MCA.
