This Service Level Agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the obligations of Nyansa, Inc. (“Nyansa”) and our customers’ rights with respect to the availability of the public cloud instance of the Service (this Agreement does not apply to subscriber’s of any private cloud instance of the Service). All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meanings given to them in the End User License Agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Nyansa (the “EULA”), available at www.nyansa.com/eula.
