The Portland Federation of School Professionals (PFSP) Collective Bargaining Agreement expired on June 30, 2019. In April, the Board provided direction regarding potential contract negotiations with the PFSP. PPS and PFSP reached tentative agreement on July 9, 2019. PFSP will complete ratification in late August when employees return to work.
