I, (“Participant”) enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) with Tennessee Valley A&I Fair, Inc. (“Organizer”) as a condition of my participation in and/or attendance at the Tennessee Valley Fair Livestock Shows, Fair Food To-Go, and the Tennessee State Cornhole Tournament (“Event”).
