(“I”, “Me” or “Tour Participant”), desire to take a tour of the space under construction. C. W. Brinkley, Inc. has refused to provide any consent to allow me to tour the property at 6801 Bridgeway Drive, Suffolk, VA 23435 (the “Property”) unless I enter into this Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the “Agreement”).
