The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative as defined in Section II of Act 379, Public Acts of 1965, to represent and bargain for elementary teachers in the Summer School Academic Program; all certified probationary/tenure teachers, teachers with professional and occupational certificates, temporary vocational authorizations or full vocational authorizations, teachers with Child Development Associate credentials, and counselors in Adult and Early Childhood Education, Summer School Credit Programs, and Preschool Programs.
