, 2018 by and between NJ TRANSIT Bus Operations, Inc. (“NJTBus” or “NJTBO”) and Amalgamated Transit Union, New Jersey State Council and Local Division Nos. 540, 819, 820, 821, 822, 823, 824, 825, and 880 (“ATU”). It is understood and agreed that the Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the hourly employees represented by the ATU that was in effect from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2017 is hereby renewed for the term of July 1, 2017 until June 30, 2021, except as modified by the changes described herein.
